Katya brings to the team over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate in Canada with a specialization in tenant representation, office relocations, national portfolio optimization and strategic acquisitions and dispositions. Top 50 Canadian producer and President’s Round Table member in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. Top 10 Canadian producer in 2023. Katya graduated from Harvard Business School in 2023.

Felix brings over 15 years of experience in technology and innovation fields, with specialization in sales, marketing, business development, and consulting. He worked for leading IT providers in the Swiss market, specializing in Cloud, AI & Data Science and Security fields. Prior to his role as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Felix spent 5 years as Head of Business Development, successfully building the cloud and outsourcing businesses, and leading the company through organic growth as well as multiple integrations. Felix graduated from Harvard Business School in 2023.

Hatim is a seasoned professional in software development, data analytics, and solution architecture within the prop-tech field. He has extensive experience with diverse clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges. With an undergrad in Information Technology and further studies at U of T in Data Science, Hatim excels in developing custom software solutions, analyzing market trends, and creating innovative strategies. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Hatim is committed to advancing commercial real estate through technology and data-driven insights.

Celsa Diaz is a Senior AI Specialist Consultant for the German Federal Government at PD, leading AI initiatives for energy transition and administrative automation. She specialized in AI for building decarbonization during her Executive MPA at the Hertie School. At Clarity AI, she quantified sustainability and ESG KPIs using machine learning. With six years as a full-stack data scientist in Berlin startups like MiNODES, she has extensive project and team management experience. Her academic background includes Big Data studies at MIT, a Master’s in Computational Biophysics from Pompeu Fabra University, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Complutense University of Madrid.
